T-Core ICF straight blocks utilize a concrete "stud and sheathing" style structural core that uses 39% less concrete then a traditional 8" ICF block, while maintaining the structural integrity for a variety of basement backfill height configurations. With vertical pockets spaced every 16" gives the T-Core system endless versatility when placing electrical boxes, mechanical ducts, and plumbing lines. 5/8" diameter horizontal conduits spaced at 16" around the entire parameter of the foundation makes running electrical that much smoother.
